Do I need to bring anything along?
You will need to bring a pair of indoor slippers to wear in the kitchen. Alternatively, just wear comfortable socks.

Do I need to take notes?
By all means if you find it helpful but we will supply students with recipes and notes for all dishes made.

I cannot attend on weekdays, can I attend on weekend instead?
Classes run Monday to Friday am, term-time only. If, however, you are unable to attend on a weekday due to work commitments, we will allocate a place for you on a weekend. Please note, weekend classes are very popular, so please book well in advance.

What is the level of classes?
Classes are suitable for a complete beginner to advanced learners. You will be requested to complete a booking form upon the receipt of payment, which will help us to understand your level, food preference etc upon booking.

Will I be cooking or watching?
Our classes are the combination of both. You have the complete freedom to participate in chopping, cutting the ingredients as much as you would like. We will be around at all times helping you at every stage of the lesson.

Can I choose what I learn?
Customised classes are ideal if you would like to learn something according to your dietary requirements. We will work round your likes and preferences and create a suitable menu just for you.

Can you visit my house?
Yes, we would be delighted to teach you in your own home within a 15 miles radius free of any additional travelling costs. Please contact us for the home visit costs and more information.

How do I book & pay?
Payment has to be processed before your class. Please look at the class options on the website and choose the one of your choice. You can either pay on the website securely using PayPal, alternatively, by bank transfer.

Can I buy gift vouchers?
We sell vouchers all year round and they make the perfect gift for any food loving friend or relative. Vouchers are posted first class free of charge and are valid for 11 months allowing the attendee the flexibility to book a class when convenient.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Simply email us the voucher code, the date purchased, buyer name, email address and if you are available on weekdays or weekends. Please note, we need all the requested information to successfully process your booking.

What if I can't make it to a class I've booked?
We are unable to offer a refund once you’ve booked on a class. However if you can’t make your course date please contact us within 15 working days and we will rearrange your session.

Please note, on the day absence or no shows will result in losing your class.
